A 48 storey tower designed by The Buchan Group including a church, teaching facility, car parking, offices, retail stores and 270 residential apartments. JBA undertook Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic, Audio Visual and ESD services, to design an efficient building minimizing the space required for services throughout the building.
